Containing 13 latest UK music videos and exclusive interview with music video director Mr.Woof Wan-Bau, the Antenna UK Reel 4 has arrived in China! Three offices (Beijing, Guangzhou and Chongqing) of British Council mainland China have started different sized screenings.
Check out the detailed content of this new reel of Antenna UK.
In the Reel 4 Gallery, we will take a look at some of our favourite recent work by British directors, including some beautiful animation from Duckeye, SSSR and the excellently-named Smuggling Peanuts collective, and some great live action ideas from leading London directors Dougal Wilson and Jamie Thraves. We also have a trip around the world from Kim Gehrig for Gomez, and this reel’s poster video for Field Music from Dan Lowe. Then in our director profile we take a close look at the work of one director who consistently produces brilliant work. This time it’s Woof Wan-Bau, a director who is equally comfortable working with live action or animation. His reel includes much-loved videos for artists including Mogwai, Four Tet and Coldcut.
If you are interested, please email us for more information about the forthcoming screening.
