From 30 September to 2 October the Modern Sky Festival will take place at Haidian Park. The festival includes 68 different domestic rock stars and bands performing on 3 different stages within the park.
There will be three stages: two will be located inside the Haidian Park exhibition hall. The main outdoor stage will be set up in the square to the west of the exhibition hall.
Famous names from Chinese Rock in the 1980’s like Zhang Chu and He Yong have been invited to perform. Zhang will perform on the first day on the main stage and include one of his classic songs “Sister” a song reflecting child abuse through the eyes of a child.
