With the launch of China-UK Creative Entrepreneur Network, the China-UK Creative Entrepreneur Networking event will be held in Hangzhou and Wuxi in early August for the first time. During this event three outstanding young creative entrepreneurs (CEs) from UK and East Asia will share their creative ideas and success stories with audiences, and discuss with Hangzhou CEs for the opportunities and challenges the small and medium creative enterprises are now facing.

<Wuxi>
Date: 14:00-17:00, 5 August 2009 (Wed)
Venue: 2F meeting room, R&D Building, Wuxi (national) Industrial Design Park (100 Dicui Road)
This event mainly targets for arts CEs in creative industry but we also warmly welcome young people who want to become CE in future. If you would like to attend this event, please send you name, organization, mobile and note which session you want to attend to feifei.jiang@britishcouncil.org.cn by lunch time on 30 August. We will contact successful applicant via mail. Seats are limited. First come first serve.

She finished some high profile projects such as Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen, Cornwall and The Hotel at Watergate Bay. Anna now runs her own interior design studio whilst working in partnership with John Miller (Director of Design at University College Falmouth) in developing a new furniture brand, MARK Product.

Moreover, the Museum of Childhood’s permanent collection at the V&A Museum, London chose one of her designs for display.
