The British Council in Sofia is looking for a Partnerships and Digital Development Manager

The British Council is the United Kingdom’s international organisation for educational opportunities and cultural relations. We operate in 110 countries. Our purpose is to build mutually beneficial relationships between people in the UK and other countries and increase the appreciation of the UK’s creative ideas and achievements. We are registered in England and Scotland as a charity.

The post will develop and implement an effective strategic approach to business sponsorship, external funding opportunities and partnership working to support large scale and local projects & products against agreed income and impact targets. This will include ensuring continued growth and maintenance of an appropriate digital profile in Bulgaria; ensuring coordination between teams and programmes; providing advice and leadership on channels of communication with partners with particular emphasis on growth through digital media.

We are looking for a strong team player with proven experience in identifying and attracting external partners and integrated digital marketing and sales solutions.

The successful candidate must have a good (C1) level of English and Bulgarian.
