Online Results
IELTS candidates can view their results online from 6pm on the 13th day after their exam date. To access your results please go to the IELTS Online Results webpage and follow the instructions: http://ielts-results.britishcouncil.org/
The test results are sent out 13 days after the test date by post. Please note that only one personal copy of the Test Report Form can be sent to each candidate. Up to five copies are sent on the same day to the receiving institutions listed on your application form. We are not able to release the results earlier and we are not allowed to give you any information regarding your results, neither on the phone nor in person, by e-mail or fax. If for any reason you have not listed receiving institutions on your application form, you can contact us later with their exact details (see below)
Sending Test Report Forms to institutions
Additional copies of your Test Report Form are sent, free of charge, directly to institutions on your behalf within the two years of their validity. After that period, data is removed from the system and we are unable to issue additional TRFs.
In order to access this service you must download our Application for additional TRFs Form. Please complete the form and return it to us (by post or e-mail) along with a copy of your ID. Forms that have been sent in without proof of identity cannot be processed.

Enquiries on Results
If you are not satisfied with your results, we recommend that you read our “Enquiry on results” (MS Word 204 KB) information sheet. Please note that you have up to SIX weeks from the test date to make an Enquiry On Results enquiry.
