• membership of a self 6,500-volume lending library mainly focussed at British contemporary literature, arts, biography, history and geography; here, you also have British newspapers and magazines like The Economist, New Scientist, Vogue, BBC Good Food, House & Garden, The Sunday Times (including the supplements), The Times (printed edition available every day), and a historical collection of In Britain, since 1959;
• free Internet access for cultural and educational research as well as equipments and electronic resources to watch and/or hear British TV and Radio channels.

We also have a programme for school visits, in which the students carry out studies and researches on cultural and educational aspects of England using our collection for local consultation being accompanied by a member of Staff. If you are interested in booking a visit for your students, please do not hesitate to contact us!

If you wish to become a member of the library and borrow books and magazines, you should be older than 16 years old and be a resident in São Paulo (capital).

To be a member, you will only need:

• to present your original ID card or passport and a letter/mail (as proof of your residence address) to staff;
• pay the annual membership fee of R$ 20,00, if you are younger than 60.
