Step 1
First fill in a membership form by downloading it or collecting it in person from the library. Different types of membership may require endorsements by organisations, educational institutions, government officials or parents/guardian. Please check the form for details.
Step 2
Bring your completed form, with necessary endorsements, to the library with your membership fees and a member of staff will issue your membership card. Those applying for General Individual Membership, Student Membership, and Young Learners’ Individual Membership should also bring a stamp sized photograph of themselves.
Step 3
Imediately start browsing, borrowing, reading, listening and having fun!
