Human Resources Coordinator

British Council invites applications for the position of Human Resources Coordinator

The successful applicant will be expected to:
•Provide high quality administrative and management support to HR operation of British Council, Bangladesh including Learning & Development, Performance Management, Recruitment, TACOS and day to day operational HR
•Ensure all HR documentations are done and records are up to dated.
•Handle HR related queries from all staffs.
•Support HR Manager in rolling out new HR initiatives.

And will have the following skills and experience:
•At least 2 years work experience in the area of HR.
•First degree in Human Resources Management.
•Very good communication skills and competent user of MS office package.
•A proven track record of getting things done and gaining the active support of other people.
•Very good understanding of HR processes and systems.
