Prepare classes for language exams   
Are you an English teacher and interested in introducing the Cambridge exams to your school? The British Council in Austria organises a range of exams workshops every year. All teachers are warmly welcomed. Information on upcoming workshops will be announced here.   

British Council Seminars   

With our seminars we wish to provide a valuable contribution to the professional training of English teachers. Our activities promote the exchange of creativity, innovation and best practice in the area of English teaching between Austria and other countries. Find out about our upcoming events.

DELTA distance courses       
A unique study programme for experienced English language teaching professionals. Jointly with International House London the British Council has developed this distance course to prepare teachers for the Cambridge Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults (DELTA). Here you can find out about participant eligibility and further details.

CELTA courses       

If you would like to teach English to adults and are interested in an internationally recognised qualification, the Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) is ideal for you. Through the Cambridge ESOL website you can find out which institutions offer this course.
