ARTISTIC POLICY
Neighbourhood Watch Stilts International creates an ontological street theatre that truly challenges the context of the street and the reality in which the performance is embedded. The company aims to surprise astonish and please, and creates a street theatre without words that can be appreciated by anyone of any age in any country.
