Music funding

We are not a funding body in the traditional sense, and don't fund musicians ourselves. You can read more about our policy on our arts support and funding page. We also have information on funding for all performing arts - dance, drama and music.

Musicians' Benevolent Fund
Downloadable handbook published by the Musicians' Benevolent Fund under Education (you can also some useful information on music funding announcements under News).

Making Music
Making Music has funds for UK-based amateur/voluntary work and general funding information.

The Performing Right Society
The PRS Foundation for New Music (PRSF) is the UK's largest independent funder purely for new music of any genre. Through a variety of schemes it provides essential core support for creators, performers and producers of new music.
