EU Skills was a project implemented by the British Council and funded by the UK Government’s Strategic Programme Fund. The project was launched in 2009. The project was being organised in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Armenia and incorporated direct input from the Prime Minister of Armenia.
Why were we doing EU Skills?
The goal of the project was to strengthen the capacity of local state institutions and agencies in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia to manage the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument and Eastern Partnership processes more effectively.
