Please register with the customer service, you will receive a deposit slip to pay at the Sudanese Islamic bank. When registering for the test and/or workshop, please bring along with you the appropriate amount together with your ID (national identification) and 2 passport size photographs.

Speaking tests will take place at the British Council‘s office. Exams staff will contact you to notify you of your exam time. Please note that if you come late for your speaking test, you will be considered absent.

Please note: If you do not have the correct identity information you will not be able to take the test. Make sure you arrive on time so that you have enough time to get comfortable.
Results will be returned to you as a Test Report Form 13 days after the test. There is no pass or fail mark. Scores are given on a band scale of one to nine (with one being a non-user and nine being an expert user of the English language). Download or read through a copy of the IELTS handbook for more detailed information.
In addition to the certificate given to the candidate, candidates can request on their application forms (Section 24), that up to 5 copies of the results be sent to receiving institutions. Receiving institutions are local academic Institutions (e.g. universities) and overseas institutions not registered to view candidate results online. Registered institutions only receive results online; here is a list of registered institutions. Unfortunately we cannot send to local institutions or departments (e.g. immigration agents).
