About DifCad

DifCad.net is a simple diffusion simulation utility for calculating and plotting diffusion profiles of typical dopants in silicon based on user input diffusion parameters.

The simulation engine is based on the original Excel 5 DifCad spreadsheet add-in by Anthony Hill.

Plotting is accomplished through the WebChart control written by Carlos Mares.
