Irvin curves are used to determine average conductivity (ρ) for diffused layers given 2 of the three following parameters:
The curves are sorted by diffusion profile (either erfc or Gaussian), type (n or p), and background doping concentration (Nc).
Alternatively, Irvin.net can be used to calculate exact values for the average conductivity.
· n-type erfc
· p-type erfc
· n-type Gaussian
· p-type Gaussian
