Here are a few highlights:
- We are pleased to announce the Leadership Development Toolkit, based on the UF Leadership Competency Model. Appropriate for both faculty and staff in leadership roles, the Leadership Development Toolkit was created specifically for UF leaders. On this website you’ll find “just-in-time” resources in the form of job aids, audio and video podcasts, and reading suggestions to help develop your leadership skills. We invite you to explore this toolkit.
- For instructor-led management and leadership development, we continue to offer our popular Managing at UF: The Supervisory Challenge.
- Excellent communication is at the heart of effectiveness in any position. Our communication skills can enhance or limit our ability to understand and influence others, to work collaboratively to get results, or to provide great service. This spring, you will have the opportunity to get certified in our Business Communications series in one week!
- Our Pro3 Series of courses is continually updated to meet administrators’ needs in UF’s rapidly changing environment. If you are involved in hiring foreign nationals, for example, check out the completely updated Pro336 Fundamentals of Hiring and Paying Foreign Nationals.
