Scenario 1 - Using the UF Library Catalog
The UF Libraries own the journal, but we do not own the volume and issue you need.
- From the library catalog, type in the title of the journal you are looking for.
- When you find the journal you need from the results list, click on its title to see more details.
- Look through the information and find the ISSN. The ISSN is an eight digit number, usually with a hyphen (e.g. 1345-1999).
- Copy and paste this number along with all other relevant information into the Interlibrary Loan request.
Scenario 2 - Using WorldCat.org
The UF Libraries do not own the journal at all.
- Go to the Worldcat.org advanced search option.
- Type in the title of the journal you are looking for in the title field.
