If you miss orientation, you will be charged an additional $85 USD orientation fee to cover costs of providing a make-up orientation session for you.

Math Placement/English Placement Testing (NOT the TOEFL)
This testing is for students with no SAT and intends to enter their majors immediately. Please check with International Student Services if this is required for college placement in math classes. Please report early to this test as no make-up is offered and is required for course placement. Please bring your immigration documents with you.

TOEFL Testing (IEP Program)Residence Halls are open at 8am and you may start moving in once you receive your room assignment and pay $200.00 deposit. Shuttles will be available to assist you with moving luggage from Quality Inn to your residence hall or apartment (Big Rapids area only).
Ferris ID and Housing Deposit – You must have a Ferris ID, sign the housing contract, and pay $200.00 before you can receive a housing assignment.
Shuttles pick up at Quality Inn starting at 8am and run all day.
