The College of Engineering recently launched a new program for current and prospective students incorporating the many available activities they can pursue while at the Capstone. The Engineering and Program specifically is designed so our students can meet their personal education goals while also allowing them to experience life fully at a major liberal arts and research university.

As the demand for engineers and computer scientists continues to grow, UA's College of Engineering is focused on preparing our students for the infinite number of opportunities available. The Rodgers Library, which serves science and engineering, was built in 1990 and named after Dr. Eric Rodgers, a physics professor and the dean of the graduate school from 1958 to 1971, and his wife Sarah Rodgers, who was a statistics professor at UA.
