The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Office (DAS/SPO) develops, establishes and administers contracts for goods and services on behalf of state agencies, state universities, select non-profit organizations and local governments.
SPO is the central procurement authority for the State of Oregon and developed the public contracting rules used by state agencies subject to DAS authority.
