Moundville Archaeological Park will hold its first 5K walk memorializing the Trail of Tears Saturday, May 25. The event, “Full Circle: Transcending the Trail of Tears,” will feature presentations, book signings, video viewing and more.
The University Fellows Experience is partnering for the fifth year with the community of Marion in Perry County on projects designed to address needs within the Black Belt community.
Students and other museum visitors will now have vast earth science and geology information at their fingertips, thanks to a new permanent display at the Alabama Museum of Natural History in Smith Hall.
