Central Virginia Writing Project (CVWP)
Welcome to the Central Virginia Writing Project
The Central Virginia Writing Project provides professional development opportunities to teachers in the central Virginia region. We work with teachers in the field to further develop knowledge, expertise and leadership in writing instruction. Writing is often a diminished piece of instruction yet it is one of the best learning tools that we can use to help students develop thinking and knowledge of content. Participate in our events to learn how to infuse instruction with best practices in writing.
Become a teacher-leader in your school! We are recruiting for applicants to the 2015 Summer Invitational Institute. Applications are due by March 1, 2015. For more information click here.
