All students and alumni from Spring 2003 forward have access to their advisement reports (unofficial student records) here: http://cunyba.gc.cuny.edu/advisementreports/. Please note these advisement sheets are NOT what you should send when graduate school or employers request your transcript as they do not indicate your graduation.
If you do not know your Banner ID number you may submit a written request for it to cunyba@gc.cuny.edu.
Before you request an official transcript, check your advisement report to be sure your transcript is correct and up-to-date.
Processing a transcript request takes at least five business days.
CUNY Baccalaureate maintains your official undergraduate academic record. If you need an official transcript, you must put your request in writing to the attention of the Registrar. Be sure to include your name, signature, and the name/address of the intended recipient. We accept requests by mail, in person or by fax.
Official transcripts are mailed directly to the institution or employer requesting them. Or, you can pick up the transcript (in a sealed envelope) from our Office. If you are requesting an official transcript to be sent to your home address, you must indicate the name of the institution or employer that is requesting your transcript. There is a $7 processing fee for all transcripts being sent to non-CUNY recipients.
Payment may be made by check or money order payable to “CUNY Baccalaureate” or in cash (exact amount) if request is made in person. Payments may also be made online through the Graduate Center’s secure payment service: https://web.gc.cuny.edu/eds_pay/eds_gc.htm (please note that e-checks are free but that there is a 2.65% convenience fee for credit card payment).
If you pay online you must send a copy of the confirmation page with your transcript request for proof of payment.

Please note that some graduate schools, especially the professional schools (e.g., medical and law schools), will require you to submit not only the CUNY Baccalaureate transcript, which shows that you earned the degree, but also original transcripts from every CUNY and non-CUNY college you attended before and during CUNY Baccalaureate, even though those credits are reflected on the CUNY Baccalaureate transcript. Students are expected to find out exactly what documents graduate schools require for admission.
If your employer only needs to verify your graduation date and degree, he/she may call the CUNY Baccalaureate Registrar at 212.817.8227 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.).
