There is no fee to apply.

Filing Dates:

CUNY BA accepts applications throughout the year.

Applicants applying or reapplying to CUNY (or transferring within) do not need to wait for a response from the colleges to submit their application.

Enrollment in a CUNY College (Matriculation):

Applicants not currently enrolled in CUNY must become matriculated.
Students with 68 credits should matriculate in a senior CUNY college.

Transcripts:

Applicants do not need to send any CUNY transcripts. If you have sent your non-CUNY transcripts to the University Application Processing Center (UAPC), we can access those in many (but not all) instances.

We will need you to submit official sealed college transcripts in the following instances:

• If you submitted your non-CUNY transcripts directly to one of the CUNY colleges
• If you applied to CUNY and submitted your non-CUNY transcript(s) to the UAPC while you had coursework in progress (even if you already submitted a finalized copy to one of the CUNY colleges.)
