The Deschutes County Courthouse in Bend was built in 1940. Court records may be viewed there and the Jury Assembly Room is also located there
The Deschutes County Justice Building was built in 1978 and is located adjacent to the Courthouse. The courtrooms are located in this building and you may file a new case there. You must pass through a security check point to enter this building.
Beginning Monday, August 15, 2011, the Deschutes County Circuit Court
phones lines will be turned off from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm,
Monday through Friday.
The file viewing room located in the Courthouse Building at 1164 NW Bond
will be closed from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
