Counseling Center staff are available to lead workshops for your class, group, or organization on topics ranging from study skills and preventing procrastination to healthy relationships and building self-esteem. Click this caption title to complete a request form.

We offer many groups for students to share similar experiences and receive support from others.

Our counseling services can help you face the issues you're dealing with and develop a plan to overcome them.

Each week, Counseling Center Paraprofessionals offer workshops to help you be your best--learn study skills that can help you ace your classes, tips for making your relationships work, and leadership techniques that will make you stand out.
