We offer many groups for students to share similar experiences and receive support from others.

Kognito At-Risk is an online training that helps students, faculty, staff, and other members of the campus community identify students who may be at risk and help them connect with campus resources to help.

Our online self-help brochures are written by Counseling Center clinicians and provide advice on topics like managing your stress, surviving traumatic events, and dealing with common conditions such as depression and anxiety.

Our counseling services can help you face the issues you're dealing with and develop a plan to overcome them.

Each week, Counseling Center Paraprofessionals offer workshops to help you be your best--learn study skills that can help you ace your classes, tips for making your relationships work, and leadership techniques that will make you stand out.
