CLC Help for Lab Users
Help for using the Student Computing Labs is provided by the CLC is available in four forms: tips & documentation, email, phone, or in-person. Student consultants are available in many labs to help with general questions about Penn State Access Accounts, lab equipment, software, and printing. While they can't help you with your course assignments, they can show you how to use the equipment, help you with a technical problem, or direct you to a web-site or phone number for extra help.
