Serving the UCONN and Storrs Community, Hawley Armory has a long history and tradition at the University of Connecticut, primarily as a health and fitness training facility. Did you know that the Men’s and Women’s basketball games were held at Hawley Armory before the Fieldhouse was built?
Today, Hawley is here to serve UCONN faculty and staff, helping you meet your fitness and wellness goals. The Hawley Armory Fitness Center is located in the basement of Hawley, housing treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbing machines, resistance equipment and more. In addition, the Fitness Center offers personalized body makeovers including nutritional counseling with registered dietitians and personal training with certified personal trainers. We also offer group fitness, aqua aerobics, yoga, spinning, Nia® and Zumba® classes! What are you waiting for?
