This new policy is in response to a federally mandated ACH format change that affects Direct Deposit payments destined for transfer into foreign banks and financial agencies.

The payment card industry (AmEx, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover) has mandated a security standard that must be adopted by all merchants conducting credit/debit card transactions. This new policy documents the University's compliance with this security standard.
