How do I log into the site?
Use your bama user name and password just as you would to log into MyBama
What do I need to know to transfer tickets with another student?
Before you get started on transferring your ticket to another student, you need to know:
• first and last name as it appears on their Action Card-no nicknames
• full crimson email address EX: astudent@crimson.ua.edu
You can only transfer a ticket with another eligible student who has a ticket count of “0” for the upcoming home football game.
Do I need my Action Card for the football game?
Yes, you must have your Action Card for entrance to the game, no exceptions. If your card is lost, replacements are available at Room 104 Student Services Center three hours prior to game start time through the beginning of third quarter. Temporary cards cannot be used for game day entrance.
I have lost my Action Card on game day. How will I enter the stadium?
If your card is lost, replacements are available at Room 104 Student Services Center starting 3 hours prior to the announced game time through the beginning of the 3rd quarter. Temporary cards cannot be used for game day entrance.
Can I transfer my ticket to another student on the day of the game?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket privilege to another student online up until the beginning of third quarter on home football game days.
Can I transfer or donate my tickets for the entire season at one time?
No, each transaction you complete online is for the upcoming home football game only.
Can I change my mind after I transfer or donate a ticket?
No, you cannot retrieve a transferred or donated ticket. Be sure you want to transfer or donate your football ticket for the upcoming game before you get started because all transactions are final and cannot be reversed!
Can I change my mind after I remove my name from the Waiting List? No, you cannot retrieve your place on the Waiting List. Be sure you want to remove your name from the Waiting List before you get started because all transactions are final and cannot be reversed and your place on the Waiting List will be lost! (at anytime an eligible student ticket account balance is "0", you may opt to Request a Ticket for the upcoming home football game but your order on the Waiting List will be determined at that point in time.)
The My Football Account tab says it’s closed. Why?
The My Football Ticket tab is open for transactions starting Sunday morning before a home game and will close out on the Saturday after the game starts. It is not open for transactions during away games or bye weeks.
